7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration of the site.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Before filing a claim with the court for disputes arising out of the relations between the User of the tour operator's website and the Administration of the website, it is obligatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2 Within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, the recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.
8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration of the site.
9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
